Horizontal baling machine is also called as waste compactor. It is divided into automatic horizontal baling machine, semi-automatic horizontal baling machine & manually operated horizontal baling machine.

After a long span of researches and improvements, our baling machine has been very stable and reliable in operation. In its operation there is no need for too many workers it can be controlled by a single operator, all of the process can be controlled by PLC in automatic and semi-automatic machines to make the process easier and faster. The baling machine is designed as per the material and size required by the customer. It is very convenient in use and also save manpower cost. The bundle that our press makes is pressed at very high pressure so that the waste material that was bailed cannot get fire in any case of any accident easily. Transportation cost is also get decreased as the compact bundle is formed and thus the transportation also decreased.

It is mainly used for materials like shredded/waste papers, newspapers, corrugated box wastes, cotton/woolen waste, polythene/poly films/plastic films wastes, pet bottles wastes etc.
